SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1.SHIPPING
Shipping costs are apply to each order.
The costs of each order depend on the country of reception. Under no circumstances will orders be sent to areas that require the payment of customs duties. Shipments will be made on business days. Delivery rates are as follows:
SPAIN PENINSULA ; Shipping costs will be €5.00 ( tax included ) . Once the order is made, will be sent in the following 48h in bussiness days and you will receive it in a máximum of 72h.
CANARY ISLANDS, BALEARICS CEUTA AND MELILLA : Please contact us for shipping details.
REST OF EUROPE : The shipping rate will be displayed once you have entered your address and country. Once the order is made, will be sent in the following 48h in bussiness days and you will receive it in a máximum of 96h aprox.

RETURN POLICY
2. RETURNS
If you want to return the product for any reason, you must send it to the following address:

We recommend you to contact us first, by email or phone, to explain why you would like to return the product. Pictures and information will be helpful.
All product returns must be made in packaging similar to what was used by Censorship Skateboards, in order to ensure that we receive the product in perfect condition.
Including the order firm or a copy in the return package.
2.1. Return of defective products
If any of the products you have received has a defect, please send us an email as soon as possible to censorshipskateboards@gmail.com, indicating the order reference, the product in question, its defect, and including detailed photographs of it.
You have the right to return defective or non-conforming products. You have 15 DAYS from the moment you detect the non-conformity of the product to inform Censorship Skateboards about the defect or non-conformity and proceed to return the product.
If you return the product because it is defective or non-compliant and the return is accepted. Censorship Skateboards will reimburse the value of the product and the shipping costs, in addition to the direct costs of the return, within a maximum period of 1 month from receipt at the Censorship Skateboards offices and once the defect is verified by the customer service.
Remember that the product must be returned in the same delivery conditions.
The product can not be washed or worn in any way (except reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and trying on the product).
The product must be complete with all elements that were part of the product.
The product you return must be unused and in its original packaging, with labels and guarantees.
2.2. Return of products for any reason (Right of withdrawal)
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, for whatever reason, they have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product without giving any explanation.
You can return the purchased product, in case:
The product has not been washed or worn in any way (except reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and trying on the product).
The product is complete (All the items included that form part of the product must be returned together).
The product you return must be unused and in its original packaging, labels and guarantees.
The Customer must return the product and asume the return costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels
Censorship Skateboards will check the returned products.
Censorship will refund the price of the product, including the initial shipping costs, within thirty (30) days since receiving the product return notification.
2.3. Return of products for not matching the order
If you have received a product that does not correspond to the one requested in your order. Contact Censorship Skateboards as soon as possible, so we can solve what happened immediately.

Censorship Skateboards will asume the costs of delivery and pick up of the shipment.

Returns will only be accepted within fifteen business days after the order is placed.
2.4. Product Exchange
Currently, products can be exchanged. To obtain a product in another color or size, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Censorship Skateboards Website. Send us an email to : censorshipskateboards@gmail.com
2.5. Information about refunds
All refunds are made by bank transfer including or excluding shipping costs as applicable.
Please remember to include the order form and your contact information. in the original form of payment.
It is necessary to point out that Censorship Skateboards will not make any refund until we receive the product that is the reason for the refund and verify its conditions in the warehouse. Once the conditions of the product have been verified, the Client will receive the refund within thirty (30) days since we received the product object for the refund.
